The Institute has extended it's consultancy to Rural Non-Farm Development Agency(RUDA) Jaipur,Govt.of Rajasthan,India for their proposed project at Jaipur, Dausa, Alwar and Dholpur. The projects are undertaken for the upliftment of the Artisan skill in cluster areas and to make them aware about the best quality of Raw Material to be used, knowledge about the latest machinery used in footwear industry and to give them marketing assistance for sale of shoe made by them.

The Institute has recently installed CAD/CAM in Footwear Designing and Pattern Grading is also being done through this system. The installation of this system is of great help to the Small Scale Industries and Footwear Exporters.

The Institute has also undertaken training programmes on Entrepreneurship Development from District Industries center.

1. C-N-C (Mould Making)
To Keep the training & service aspect one step ahead from the industry, the Institute adopts latest technology to offer better than the best to the industry & training which has no bounds.

2. Cluster Development
Quality Improvement Programmes in clusters is one of the important service provided by CFTI. The focus is on the artisans as the Institute is committed in furtherance of the quality of the shoe produced by the artisans & give them a platform to display their work by participating in the International Leather Fairs

3. Consultancy Services
The dedicated team of experts of CFTI offers consultancy services to the industry in the development of infrastructure & management of footwear machinery etc.
